Two weeks ago the CT-1500 dispenser left our factory to be installed at a major mining operation. Actually the machine is part of a complete slurry preparation unit we have designed and manufactured, comprising an electrical control panel, antipollution cabin for big-bag loading, filters and a reactor with stirrer and transfer pump.

The dispenser, with a range of 1/250 and a hopper capacity of 1500 litres is fitted with an antipollution cabin at the top and an air filter over it. Big-bags are used to feed the product and the cabin prevents any powder spilling out. This machine is part of a larger facility for the treatment of highly contaminated wastewater.

The CT-1500 dispenses and transports the product in accordance with the program chosen on the panel, which is also the control unit. Once the product is dispensed into the reactor, it is mixed with the necessary amount of water, which can be programmed depending on the situation and the requirement; the solution is then stirred and passed to a holding tank where it will be transferred when necessary. It is an entirely automatic and continuous operation process. The dispenser incorporates a minimum level detector and the stirrer has a level sensor. The self-cleaning air filter is fitted with a discharge and safety valve.
All alarms and protection elements are displayed on the electrical control panel.
